I have clients meetings (we’re consultants) and internal meetings for our remote coworkers. With clients, we have standups, sprint open/close/retros/demos, and design reviews. My design team also has a weekly all-hands.

I see this topic come up a lot from your team (in “Rework” and blog posts, etc) so wanted to learn more about what you do to avoid lengthy, unproductive meetings. Thanks.
